New Age Communications is a family owned business established since 1991. We specialise in the supply, installation and on going service of business telephone systems for small to medium size businesses, hotels and resorts.
What stands us apart is that being a small business ourselves we understand the needs of small business owners. We are not allied with any single hardware vendor or carrier which means that we can tailor solutions to individual business needs with hardware from world leading brands such as Alcatel-Lucent, LG-Nortel and Hybrex. We provide solutions for any size business from a home office to large corporate offices and hotels.

During our 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry we have developed sound relationships with reputable telecommunications suppliers, dealers and contractors throughout Australia. We have implemented processes; software applications and business systems which enable us to seamlessly project manage corporate roll outs and multi site installations throughout Australia. This capability gives our customers one point of contact for supply of equipment, provisioning of new lines, broadband and mobile services, system installation, telephone and data cabling and on going maintenance and service. Our processes and applications are continuingly evolving to maintain a leading edge as new technology and business trends emerge We have developed unique techniques to manage new age IP and digital telephone systems remotely with an emphasis on security.
