Business Hours

Local- within 32 kilometres from Varsity Lakes $80.00 plus GST

Regional- within 50 kilometres of Varsity Lakes

Beyond 50 50 kilometres from Varsity Lakes travelling time @ $110.00 per hour plus GST

After Hours

Minimum 3 hours labour at the applicable labour rates apply, including travel time from Varsity Lakes

Labour Rates-Technician

Telephone Systems Installations and system configuration adds moves and changes

Business Hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) - $110.00 per hour plus GST

After 5:00 pm Monday to Friday- $140.00 per hour plus GST

Saturday- $140.00 per hour plus GST

Sundays and Public Holidays- $180.00 per hour plus GST

Remote support, including system configuration changes and telephone support is charged at the above rates. No call out fee will be charged for remote support. If a site visit is required the applicable labour rates will apply.

Cabling

Business Hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday) - $90.00 per hour plus GST

After 5:00 pm Monday to Friday- $120.00 per hour plus GST

Saturday- $120.00 per hour plus GST

Sundays and Public Holidays- $160.00 per hour plus GST

These rates apply to do and charge service calls and variations to quoted projects

Our labour rate for trainees is 50% of the rate charged for a technician.
